Mlkhd accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days after delivery. This policy explains eligibility, return steps, shipping responsibility, inspection, and refunds.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition received. Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, inserts, and all included parts. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, is required.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items damaged by misuse, improper pet supervision, chewing after use, washing, alteration, missing parts, missing packaging, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact support@mlkhd.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product and package condition.
Return Request Process
- Email support@mlkhd.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation that the item is eligible for return.
- Pack the item securely with all included parts and packaging.

Return Shipping
For returns caused by customer preference, incorrect selection, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
Inspection and Refund Timing
After a returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Banks and payment providers may take several business days to post the refund.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges may be available when the requested item is in stock. Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.
